Junior Library Guild Reading Guides provides student and teacher reading and activity guides to the Effingham Public Library. These are a great resource for teachers, home school families and parents! Access these guides from anywhere with the first five digits of your Effingham Public Library card or ask the library for a code. Our fantastic Youth Services staff has pulled together a list of great reading suggestions.
